Did you do the first exercise every day for 30 consecutive days?
If yes then start with the next exercise, in the following video I will show you exactly how to handle it successfully.
If no, then I’m sorry to have to tell you, repeat the month again until you have done the exercise 30 times without interruption, you are stable enough to start the next exercise.
If you did not get the first exercise,you will not be able to do the second with a probability of 99.99 % either.
