We start with the 1 minute exercise with explanation for the first 30 days!

With the first exercise in the morning, you’ll make sure you have the perfect start to the day. You relax your back and feel fresh and awake afterwards. This exercise is done immediately after waking up, and it only takes 1 minute!

So please do not go to the toilet first, brush your teeth or drink coffee, but do the exercise first. In the initial phase, it is extremely important to stick to everything to be successful!
